Hi @MaikaL1

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

The error code F0.01.01.06 on your HP Envy 6532e printer typically indicates a hardware or firmware issue. Here are some detailed steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

1. Perform a Hard Reset

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 2-3 minutes to allow the printer to fully discharge.
  • Plug it back in and turn it on. This can clear temporary glitches.

2. Check for Obstructions

  • Open the printer and inspect for any paper jams, debris, or foreign objects inside.
  • Ensure the cartridges are properly seated and there’s no obstruction in the printhead path.

3. Update Firmware

4. Clean the Printhead

  • Access the printer’s maintenance menu (via the control panel or HP Smart app) and run the Printhead Cleaning utility.
  • If the printhead is removable, gently clean it with a lint-free cloth and distilled water.

5. Reset to Factory Defaults

  • Navigate to the printer’s settings menu and look for an option to restore factory defaults.
  • This will reset all settings but may resolve persistent errors.

6. Inspect Power Supply

  • Ensure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector or extension cord, as these can cause power instability.
  • Check the power cord for any visible damage.
