Printer keeps suddenly showing error code OXB3B53490.  We can clear it and print momentarily, but it comes right back.  What is this error and how do I resolve it?!

This is my home AND business being hamstrung by the inability to find any info about this error code, coupled by HP's complete and utter lack of response.  Still waiting... 🦗🦗🦗

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you receiving "0XB" on the printer screen.

 

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue

 

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
