Product: HP Envy 6252

Once I turn on my HP Envy 6252 I am able to print. Within minutes the printer displays Error Code OXB3D5FBEB. The only way I can get the error to go away is to turn the printer off, however within minutes after starting back up the roof code returns. I have unplugged the printer and router many times but still get the same annoying results over and over again. Please help! What is the root cause and what is the solution?

I understand that you are getting OXB3D5FBEB error on the printer, I am glad to assist you.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
