ENVY 5546
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the above error which keeps flashing on my screen every time I want to print.  I have tried cleaning the printer, changing the ink cartridges which are all original HP. Plugging it directly into the mains. But have no luck clearing this up. Can anyone help?

@Nirali_ashra, Welcome to HP Support Community!

If you have already performed the steps from the document '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
