My HP envy is showing an error code OXB81D9B06. Prior to that it was saying paperjam-though there wasnt one. Any ideas? the virtual assistant does not recognise the printer model so not assisting in any way-apart from raising my blood pressure which is, thankfully, rather low

@Sarah601, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I'm afraid this is a possible hardware issue with the printer. Let us try these steps that may resolve this issue:
Reset the printer
1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
2. Wait at least 60 seconds.
3. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
4. Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
5. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Update the printer firmware

Check for any jams inside the printer
Refer to this document for the steps.

I'm replying on behalf of @Kumar0307 as he is unavailable for the day.
The above troubleshooting steps should have fixed the issue, but it has not.
If you are getting a false paper jam error on the printer, sometimes it can be fixed by performing a factory reset on the printer.
For performing this reset, we need to know the exact Printer model as resets differ from one printer model to another.
You can see the Printer model at the front of the printer and also on the label at the back.
