I understand you want to factory reset your HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 printer getting error Error code OXB8284398, you can follow these steps:
- Turn Off the Printer: Make sure the printer is turned off.
- Press and Hold Buttons: Locate the buttons on your printer. The "resume" button might be referred to as the "Cancel" button or represented by an icon.
- Press and Hold Buttons Simultaneously: Press and hold down the "Resume" (or "Cancel") button along with the "Wireless" and "Information" buttons. Hold them for about 5-10 seconds.
- Release the Buttons: After holding the buttons for the specified time, release them.
- Wait for Reset: The printer will reset itself. You might see some lights flashing or the display screen changing.
- Set Up Again: After the reset is complete, you will need to set up your printer again, including connecting it to your network and installing any necessary drivers.
