The error as above shows on the screen. I cannot print anything.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow to try to resolve the issue:

1. Restart the Printer

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for 30 seconds to 1 minute to ensure the printer completely powers down.
  • Plug it back in and turn the printer back on.
  • Try printing again to see if the error is cleared.

2. Check for Paper Jams or Obstructions

  • Open the printer's paper trays and any access doors.
  • Look for paper jams, foreign objects, or any debris inside the printer that might be causing the error. If you find any, carefully remove it.
  • After inspecting for jams, close all compartments and test printing again.

3. Check Printer Cartridges

  • Make sure the ink/toner cartridges are properly installed. Sometimes, an improperly installed cartridge can cause errors.
  • Remove and reseat the cartridges in their slots to ensure they are correctly in place.
  • If your printer is showing an issue with ink levels or a cartridge, you may need to replace the cartridge.
