Hi @Marzena1965
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error code OXB8DDOO55 typically appears on HP printers when there is an issue with the printer's system, such as a problem with the printer's internal software, connection issues, or even hardware faults.
Here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow to try to resolve the issue:
1. Restart the Printer
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for 30 seconds to 1 minute to ensure the printer completely powers down.
- Plug it back in and turn the printer back on.
- Try printing again to see if the error is cleared.
2. Check for Paper Jams or Obstructions
- Open the printer's paper trays and any access doors.
- Look for paper jams, foreign objects, or any debris inside the printer that might be causing the error. If you find any, carefully remove it.
- After inspecting for jams, close all compartments and test printing again.
3. Check Printer Cartridges
- Make sure the ink/toner cartridges are properly installed. Sometimes, an improperly installed cartridge can cause errors.
- Remove and reseat the cartridges in their slots to ensure they are correctly in place.
- If your printer is showing an issue with ink levels or a cartridge, you may need to replace the cartridge.
I hope this helps.
