Hi @Jakays,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand the blue screen error code 01B3B8E6 on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer indicates a serious firmware or hardware issue. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this error:
1. Restart the Printer
- Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord from the back.
- Wait for about 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back in and turn on the printer.
2. Check for Firmware Updates Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Make sure your printer's firmware is up to date. You can check for updates via the HP website or the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
- To update the firmware, you may need to temporarily connect the printer to a computer using a USB cable if it's not responding over WiFi.
3. Reset the Printer to Factory Defaults
- Restoring the printer to its factory settings can sometimes resolve firmware-related issues.
- Go to the Setup menu on the printer’s control panel, navigate to Printer Maintenance, and select Restore or Restore Factory Defaults.
4. Disconnect and Reconnect All Cables
- Disconnect all cables (including the power cord and any USB cables) from the printer.
- Reconnect the power cord first and ensure that the printer powers on correctly.
- Reconnect other cables if applicable.
5. Perform a Hard Reset
- Unplug the printer from the power source while it is still on.
- Wait for about 30 seconds before plugging it back in.
- This can clear any residual errors in the printer's memory.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
