Hi @Vic19792,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code OXB820DESE on your HP Officejet 8210 typically indicates a firmware or hardware issue. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this error.

Restart the Printer

  1. Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Wait for about 60 seconds.
  3. Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
  4. Try printing again to see if the error persists.

Check for Firmware Updates

  1. Ensure your printer’s firmware is up to date.
  2. Go to the HP Support website and check for any available firmware updates for your printer model.
  3. Follow the instructions to download and install the update.

Reset the Printer

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and the wall outlet.
  2. Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  3. Reconnect the power cord to the wall outlet and then to the printer.
  4. Turn on the printer and check if the error code is gone.

Reinstall the Printer Software

  1. Uninstall the existing printer software from your computer.
  2. Download the latest version of the printer software from the HP Support website.
  3. Install the software and reconnect your printer to the computer.
  4. Try printing again.

Perform a Factory Reset

  1. On the printer's control panel, go to "Settings" or "Setup".
  2. Look for the "Restore Defaults" or "Restore Factory Settings" option.
  3. Confirm the reset process.
  4. After the reset, you may need to reconfigure your printer settings and network connection.

Check for Hardware Issues

  1. Ensure that all cartridges are installed correctly and that none are empty or damaged.
  2. Check for any paper jams or obstructions in the printer.
  3. Inspect the printer for any physical damage.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
