The error code OXB820DESE on your HP Officejet 8210 typically indicates a firmware or hardware issue. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this error.
Restart the Printer
- Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for about 60 seconds.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
- Try printing again to see if the error persists.
Check for Firmware Updates
- Ensure your printer’s firmware is up to date.
- Go to the HP Support website and check for any available firmware updates for your printer model.
- Follow the instructions to download and install the update.
Reset the Printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and the wall outlet.
- Wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the wall outlet and then to the printer.
- Turn on the printer and check if the error code is gone.
Reinstall the Printer Software
- Uninstall the existing printer software from your computer.
