Product: HP Officejet 4632 e-All-in-One Printer

Hi I would like help with my printer error code oxc4eb827fhwlmicci2c. I wanted to scan a document but the ok button to select the option wasn't working on some options especially selecting the color scan. I switched off the printer to restart it again but now its giving me error code oxc4eb827fhwlmicci2c. I have tried switching it off again and again, even disconnecting it from the mains power but its still not working.

please could you help.
