Product: HP ENVY 5014
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

My HP ENVY 5000 All-in-one printer has been stuck with flashing lights and an Error code for a few months now. Everything I’ve found online to restart or leave it unplugged, things like that nothing has worked. It’ll just restart and go right back to the error code and flashing lights. The error code is ERROR CODE OXC4EB8004 HW_MICCI2_V12. The virtual agents were absolutely no help I’m giving myself a headache. Any help is appreciated!

If you have already performed the steps from the document '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
