Product: HP Envy photo 6234
Operating System: iOS

Error code 0xc4eb8024 hw-micci2_v12 on screen when printer is switched on. Have tried to reset printer but error code still on screen. Cannot do firmware update of diagnostic checks coz printer cannot connect to the HP smart app and internet. How do we fix issue?
