Two short issues, the first is out of nowhere, error code OXB3D91A2B will start flashing on my screen after about 5 minutes of being plugged in (directly to the wall, not an extension cord) I googled it but no info came up.
secondly, I went to install a 63 ink cartridge and it said it was an older version and was incompatible, I’ve never seen this and was confused.

Hello, I’m having the same issue with the same error code on my printer. Not sure why HP support sent a private message to the other user vs sharing publicly how to resolve. 😕 Please help to provide a solution publicly. Thank you!

Please follow steps given below to perform a reset on the printer and let me know the results.
Note: BL stands for Bottom Left button which is the Back Arrow button. The buttons will not be highlighted, you will have to press the buttons in sequence outside the home screen on the printer.
1. Press Power button to turn the Printer On.
2. Press Bottom Left, Bottom Left, Bottom Left, Bottom Left Buttons, in sequence.
3. Touch Support Menu.
4. Select Reset Menu and Touch OK.
5. Select Semi-Full Reset and Touch OK.
6. Wait for unit to Power Down/Turn Off.
7. Press Power button to turn the Printer On.
