Operating System: iOS

Hello:  I’ve been struggling with an Error Message. 0x00829c98 Watchdog C. .   My printer is still under warranty and I’ve tried lots of the remedies I’ve read online.   I’m wondering who I contact as this printer is not functional.  What purpose does the warranty serve?  Thanks for any ideas or suggestions on who to contact or what my next step might be?  Best, Pam
