I have an HP Officejet Pro 8600 that keeps telling me I have a defective ink cartridge. I have replaced it with three new cartridges, cleaned the contacts, downloaded new firmware, howled at the moon and cussed at my dog. It still won't drop the message or print. what else can I do besides buy a Canon printer?
