I'm getting an error message 0 on my printer.  I just barely bought these ink cartridges at the beginning of the year.  Now it says that the ink cartridges are not being recognize my ink cartridges, which is very frustrating.  I have completed all the troubleshooting and still have the same error message.  It advises me now to replace the ink cartridges.  When I buy a product, I expect it to work.  I understand that things happen, but I'm want a replacement ink cartridge.  I have been a loyal HP customer for over 10 years, but I keep running into problems whether it be with my computers, my printers, or the ink cartridges.   I'm getting sick of the problem.
