After hours trying to figure out the error code on my laser Jet printer, and following instructions, this is what worked:  I have an MFP M477fnw printer.  Have HP email you this file:  DCCV1_51.PRN.  Copy the file to a blank USB that has been configured for FAT32 (they almost all are configured like that).  Then on your printer, Go to Home, then Print Documents, it will list the DCCV1 file, press that.  You may have to do this a couple of times.   That will provide the necessary formatting.  Best success!
