9010 printer stops printer and shows this error message.  Ran print doc and nothing found.

I see that you are facing issues with your HP Printer wherein you get an error message 620192f8.

  

Please download and install the firmware update on the computer connected to the printer from this Link 


You may also refer to this document to know how to update the firmware.
