I have an OfficeJet Pro 8028 printer that I purchased in 2020 that is giving me an event code: 71.02.4A. It says there is a problem with the printer or print system. Turning it off and on (waiting 30-60 sec) hasn't worked so far. I've also tried removing the cartridges and putting them back in...that hasn't worked either. Any suggestions are appreciated.
