At the moment I have an error message of user intervention required when attempting to print,I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer software and when I did a scan with the HP Scan and Print Doctor detected a driver conflict and highlighted a driver check, please advise on the steps I need to take in order to resolve this issue, thank you.

Do you see the power light on and the pritner in ready state with no attention lights on its front panel or may you see any blinking light on the printer itself?

Can you successfully make a copy by pressing the Black or Color button on the printer?
