Error message came on today saying incompatible cartridge . ( these are authentic HP in catriges i purchased at staples. They have been working fine for some time now. I do not print very often. They are not empty yet. They were working fine yesterday.
Erros says:
This printer is not designed to use continuous ink systems. Tp resume printing remove continuous ink system and install original HP (or compatable) cartridges
I ordered aug 26,2022 from staples and installed shortly after I recieved. This is the item from my online reciept
HP 952XL/952 Black High Yield and Cyan/Magenta/Yellow Standard Yield Ink Cartridge, 4/Pack (N9K28AN#140)

Please download and install the firmware update on the computer connected to the printer from this web link.
You may also refer to this document to know how to update the firmware.
