Hi,
the Output bin sensor is located in the output tray and if its dirty or has any obstruction then it will display this error.
use a wet Q-tip to clean the sensor shown in the picture below
If this doesn't help then you can go to preferences and turn off the output sensor if you want to...This sensor is there to make sure that the output tray is not overfilled.

I have searched all over to find the alleged switch to turn off the sensor which disrupts me every day! either it is so well hiddenthat it is ridiculous or it does not exist. Very upsetting. I do not need this worthless sensor which shuts down printing EVERY day.
