Product: HP Officejet Pro 8625
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I put in a new genuine (whether coincidental or not), and immediately got the error message Oxc19a0023.  I've researched thoroughly and performed all suggestion remedies via the HP website, but to no avail.  The printer is 3 years old, is this HP's way of saying they need me to buy a replacement printer?
