HP ENVY 5032 All-in-One Printer

I keep getting the same error message OXB3D8FA2B

I have tried unplugging the printer

The printer seems to be connected to my wi-fi

Any ideas?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

 

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand you are receiving an "OXB" error on the printer screen.

Let's try these steps -

  • 1) Take out the cartridges.
  • 2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
  • 3) Wait for 30 seconds. 
  • 4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not into a surge protector.
  • 5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
