Hello - I continue to receive the following error message (both on my computer and the printer screen) on my Office Jet Pro 8600 printer that won’t allow me to print or even access the menu screen on the printer. I have tried restarted the printer and am using HP printer cartridges. This printer is out of warranty, so would appreciate any guidance on next steps to resolve the issue.
