I have an error message  "8AF30001" and flashing orange light.

The recommended reset does not work, as soon as it powers up same error msg and flashing lights

How do I reset the printer to complete the software upgrade?

Any advice most welcome.

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that resolves the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.

Hi Irwin6,

Thank you for trying to help but all solutions did not work.

The printer is frozen in the set-up mode and cannot be accessed by Wi-Fi or cable.

As stated before, I have rebooted many times now but on powering up it soon goes into to error before a connection can be made.

Unless you can provide instructions on how to reset the printer, I think it needs to be reset in the factory.

Been unable to print for 5 days now on my recently purchased printer.

If no solution is available, is it possible to organise a replacement?
