Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I found there is an error 'rd' and light blinking on my HP Laserjet M234sdne printer and the printer became online and unable to operate, I have tried to fix it through different methods including shut down, unplugged the power and signal cables and tried to download exe to update the firmware from HP. However, at last, I failed to fix it. Would anyone can help me to fix it? Thanks

Were you successful in downloading the firmware and installing it?  Make sure you follow the update instructions exactly to ensure that the firmware is applied and the printer is reset. https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_3053767-3053019-16
