The drop downs wouldn’t drop! I have an old ENVY 4502 ALL IN ONE printer which worked yesterday. Today I get an error code saying:
ERROR CODE OXO2B7C2ED SM_MODULE C
Im using Windows 10 with a legacy version
Can anyone tell me what I need to do, please?
