HP Envy 5020

I recently bought the Envy 5020 printer to make use of the 3 month printing trial.

I did not realise that I had to select a payment option to prompt this promotion and have only realised that today when I have received a warning that I am near my 15page free print limit.

I enrolled the printer on 17 April 2018.  If I upgrade today, can I still obtain the 3 month trial?

Appreciate any help on this today before my 7 days expires tonight.

Thanks

As you have read in the Terms of Service document, the "Free Pinting Plan" has some advantages along with lots of restictions.

Example:

HP Instant Ink - USA - Terms of Service

Lots of important information and definitions, including:

#  4:  Printer Needs to be Connected to Internet

#  5: INSTANT INK PROGRAM CARTRIDGES PROVIDED TO YOU (Read this one!)

And

#  6:  INSTANT INK PROGRAM CARTRIDGES MUST BE RETURNED TO HP BY YOU (Read this one!)

#  7:  Service Plans -- What is a page? (Read this one!)

#  8:  Rollover Pages

#13:  Customer Support Center -- Cloud Services Contact Phone Number and online contact link

#15:  Cancellation

#16:  Fifteen (15)-Free-Pages-Per-Month Program

I would "guess" that you cannot backtrack to take advantage of the "free" trial.

However, I am not an Instant Ink representative -- I recommend that you contact HP / Instant Ink Support in your region and speak with support staff.
