Hi @NJ1liberty, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The issue with your HP DeskJet 2655 All-in-One Printer—where the Wi-Fi blue light and Information (i) red light are flashing, and it keeps printing the Wireless Quick Start Guide—indicates that the printer is stuck in Wi-Fi setup mode. Here’s how to resolve it:
Restart the Printer
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
- Turn the printer on and check if the issue persists.
Reset the Wireless Settings
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button (🛜 icon) and the Cancel (X) button at the same time for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi light blinks.
- Wait for the printer to restart and go back into setup mode.
- The printer should now be ready to connect to a new network.
Connect the Printer to Wi-Fi Again
- On your computer or mobile device, open the HP Smart app.
- Click Add a Printer and follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect the printer to Wi-Fi.
- If prompted, complete the Wireless Setup Wizard.
Cancel the Quick Start Guide Printing
- Cancel all pending print jobs on your computer:
- Go to Control Panel → Devices and Printers → Right-click your printer → See what's printing → Cancel all documents.
- Restart your computer and reconnect the printer.
Perform a Factory Reset (If Necessary)
If the issue persists, reset the printer to factory defaults:
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button and the Power button for 10 seconds.
- The printer should restart and return to default settings.
- Set up the printer again using HP Smart.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
