Hi @NJ1liberty, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The issue with your HP DeskJet 2655 All-in-One Printer—where the Wi-Fi blue light and Information (i) red light are flashing, and it keeps printing the Wireless Quick Start Guide—indicates that the printer is stuck in Wi-Fi setup mode. Here’s how to resolve it:

Restart the Printer

  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Wait 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
  3. Turn the printer on and check if the issue persists.

Reset the Wireless Settings

  1. Press and hold the Wi-Fi button (🛜 icon) and the Cancel (X) button at the same time for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi light blinks.
  2. Wait for the printer to restart and go back into setup mode.
  3. The printer should now be ready to connect to a new network.

Connect the Printer to Wi-Fi Again

  1. On your computer or mobile device, open the HP Smart app.
  2. Click Add a Printer and follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect the printer to Wi-Fi.
  3. If prompted, complete the Wireless Setup Wizard.

Cancel the Quick Start Guide Printing

  1. Cancel all pending print jobs on your computer:
    • Go to Control PanelDevices and Printers → Right-click your printer → See what's printingCancel all documents.
  2. Restart your computer and reconnect the printer.

Perform a Factory Reset (If Necessary)

If the issue persists, reset the printer to factory defaults:

  1. Press and hold the Wi-Fi button and the Power button for 10 seconds.
  2. The printer should restart and return to default settings.
  3. Set up the printer again using HP Smart.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
