Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer - N911a

Da qualche giorno non riesco più a stampare, sembrava un errore di mancanza inchiostro su cartuccia "giallo" ma pur avendo inserito una nuova cartuccia permane l'errore:

ERRORE NELLA STAMPANTE: Problema della stampante o del sistema d'inchiostro. Spegnete e riaccendete la stampante. Se il problema persiste contattare HP". 

Ho provato anche a scaricare aggiornamenti, cambiare la modalità di collegamento in Wireless ma nulla.

E' possibile avere assistenza? Grazie in anticipo per l'assistenza.
