Hello, 

My "HP PageWide Pro 477dw MFP" printer regularly loses network connection.
I monitor it via PRTG and every 2 days or so it loses network connection.
Today, wanting to dig into more details, when she wasn't responding via her IP, I tried to send a scan to mail (to see if she was connected).

 

When trying to send the email she got a blue screen with the poweroff logo and the error code "BB82646C4".

 

I searched in the documentation and on the internet, but I couldn't find this error message.

Does anyone know what this message is about please?

PS: if this is to tell me to restart the printer, please refrain from responding
