I clicked on my Quick Print icon to print a document but got the following message: "Printhead Problem" There is a problem with the printhead. Event Code: 62.80.13. I can't seem to find a solution for this problem, and it has never happened before.

Reset the Printer:
- Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord from the outlet.
- Wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back in and turn on the printer.
Check the Printhead:
- Open the printer’s access door to locate the printhead.
- Remove the printhead gently and inspect it for any visible damage.
- Make sure the protective film has been removed if the printhead is newly installed.
Clean the Printhead Contacts:
- Use a clean, lint-free cloth slightly moistened with distilled water to wipe the printhead contacts.
- Allow the printhead to dry completely before reinserting it.
Reinsert the Printhead:
- Reinsert the printhead carefully and ensure it is securely placed.
- Close the access door, and the printer may perform an automatic alignment test.
Update Printer Firmware:
- Ensure you have the latest firmware installed for your HP OfficeJet Pro 8030 Series.
- You can check for firmware updates via the HP Support website or through the printer’s Embedded Web Server.
