I have a Hp office jet 8015 showing event code 62.80.13. Which appears to be printhead issue. Plenty ink but prints blank. Have unplugged, restarted, removed ink cartridges etc. 15 months old so out warranty but very little use. Can anyone suggest anything I can do. Thanks

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I understand that you are getting event code 62.80.13 error. I'd like to help!
Please follow the steps mentioned below.
- Reset the printer
- Reset the printer to try and recover from printer failures.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the power source.
- Wait 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer
NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
