Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8028
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey
I can't print. The error message is "There is a problem with the printhead. Event code 62.80.13". I have tried all of the methods suggested in Community. I can't even clean the printhead because this error message keeps popping up. My HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 is a little over a year old. Please help.

I saw a reply on another post that said we have to factory reset the printer.
I wasn't able to find anything else, other than unplug the printer from the wall for 60 seconds and then plug it back in. (I did that and it did not work.)
