We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

 

Try these steps:

Restart the Printer

Turn off the Printer:

  • Press the power button to turn off the printer.

Disconnect Power:

  • Unplug the power cord from the printer.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.

Reconnect Power:

  • Plug the power cord back into the printer.
  • Turn on the printer by pressing the power button.

Update Printer Firmware

Check for Updates Using the HP Smart App:

Update Using HP Support Website:

  • Visit the HP support website specific to your printer model: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 Support
  • Download the latest firmware version for your printer.
  • Follow the installation instructions provided on the website.

Reconfigure the Printer Network Settings

Restore Network Settings:

  • On the printer’s touchscreen control panel, go to Settings.
  • Select Network Setup or Wireless Setup Wizard.
  • Choose Restore Network Settings.

Reconnect to WiFi:

  • Use the Wireless Setup Wizard to connect the printer to your new WiFi network.

Perform a Hard Reset

Turn off the Printer:

  • Press the power button to turn off the printer.

Hard Reset:

  • Unplug the printer power cord.
  • Disconnect all other cables connected to the printer.
  • Wait for 2 minutes.
  • Reconnect the power cord and press the power button to turn on the printer.
