I have researched all suggestions within this community regarding Event code 71.02.4A. We have reset countless times, with and without ink cartridges; restoring to factory default; checked for firmware updates. Nothing has worked. - code just returns, and we cannot print. Can anyone share something different than the above. This is quite frustrating!

@RSmith9,
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device. I've sent you a private message again with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
