Hi
Ive inserted new cartridges now its giving me a printer failure message. Event code 71.02.4A. I tried unplugging the printer, switching off and on.
The cartridges seem to be stuck i cant move it to try and see if they were perhaps not inserted correctly...but i did get a message to say genuine cartridges inserted..please guide thanks

- Clean the printhead to remove any debris or ink buildup that may be causing the error. You can do this by removing the printhead and wiping it with a lint-free cloth that has been moistened with distilled water.
