I am having issues every time I try to print from my HP laptop. Every time I try to print something such as a word document it constantly prints out pages like in the picture below unless I tell it to cancel the print. When I log into my HP Smart account and align the pages or clean the cartridges it does it and prints out the test page absolutely fine. However, when I go to print normal pages such as word documents or pages from the internet like recipes ect all I get is pages printing like below with random works, letters and characters and I do not know how to resolve this.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

Please uninstall the HP Software from your computer:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1980013-1980057-16

 

Following the uninstallation, download and install the latest Windows 11 drivers below and check for any difference:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/EN6200/Full_Webpack-44.9.2759-EN6200_Full_Webpack...

I have done this and it worked perfectly and now my prints are coming out correctly without the extra writing on the top of the page.
