After many years of reliable performance from my HP Deskjet F340 All-in-One printer, today I was printing a Publisher 2016 file. The first page printed and I was going to manually turn it over to print the second page. Then the printer would no longer print from my HP laptop. It would not recognize that there was paper in the printer and kept providing a notice that there was no paper every time I tried to print.
I did all the standard troubleshooting (removed and replaced paper, tried new paper, tried different brand paperm, unplugged and reset the printer, cleanded the rollers, powered off/on the printer, powered off/on the HP laptop, removed and reinstalled the printer, reinstalled printer drivers. Nothing worked.
When I use my HP laptop with my HP Envy Printer, everything works fine. Rule out the laptop.
When I use my MAC laptop with my HP Deskjet F340 Printer, everything works fine. Rule out the F340 printer.
I think it has something to do with MS.
Any thoughts?
