My entire computer network was innundated with a virus that has created complete chaos! I have tried to reset my printer to defaults, and I have tried to turn off the memory, but it just keeps turning itself back on.  There are open ports on the printer that are leaving mr vulnerable.  I need to factory reset ASAP. How come it is not posted on here?  It is always sent via private message.  I need to do this as soon as possible. Thank you!

Please send me instructions to do a Factory Reset on the OfficeJet 4630 as I forgot the admin and the password for the EWS.  Thank you

Why can't you post the solution here? Why do you have to send the instructions via private message? I have seen numerous people with the same question and it always ends with a private message.
