I am selling my HP Envy 6020e printer and wish to reset it to factory settings. How do I do this before selling it?

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you want to restore the printer settings to factory settings.

Follow these steps:-

  1. Restoring the printer to factory defaults will remove all settings and functions previously set up on the printer.
  2. With the cartridge access door open, press and hold the Wi-Fi and Power buttons for at least three seconds.
