Please provide me instructions on executing a factory reset for the HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus. My Mac / PC does not recognise the printer anymore, and I cannot access the webserver since it keeps asking for a username / password combination.

The reset procedure of turning the OJ Pro 8600 Premium printer off, waiting 10 seconds, turn back on and press the "Back" button does not work. The back button is not available after touching it the first time. I tried to press it even after it disappeared, but this does not work.
