HP DeskJet 2755 All-in-One Printer

My printer kept saying it's connected to the correct wireless network however printer is not connected to the internet. I followed every single direction found in other similar questions but nothing helped. Finally I decided to factory reset the printer. It was in the middle of doing the factory reset and it gave an error. Now the printer is blinking the information light as well as the ink cartridge light and the display is flashing E0. I'm now unable to log in to the webpage management page using the printers IP address. It says it's not found. I'm completely at a loss on what to do next.

Hi @Shiba_123,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand how frustrating it must be when you're trying to reconnect your printer to Wi-Fi, only to be met with an unexpected E0 error after a factory reset. It’s like hitting a roadblock just when you thought you were making progress. Since this error is linked to the ink cartridges, let’s take it step by step. First, we’ll try a hard reset and a firmware update—sometimes, a fresh start can work wonders. If the issue persists, we’ll explore other solutions together. You’re not alone in this—I’m here to help get your printer back up and running!

Please remove the Cartridges from the Printer if possible, and try a Hard Reset, and keep us posted to help you better

** Hard reset :
1. Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
4. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
5. Wait at least 60 seconds.
6. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
7. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
8. Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on. The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
9. Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Please uninstall the HP Smart app --> restart the Device, Wi-Fi router and printer --> install it back and check

Please update the Firmware from the link, this will help on how to update the firmware on the printer or devices

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
