Hi @Ricky2133,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I am sorry to hear that factory reset on your HP 6020e printer has failed and now the printer shows blinking lights, I would request you to please follow the steps:

Power Reset First

  • Unplug the printer from power.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug it back in and press the Power button to restart.

Check for Error Codes:

  • If blinking lights are accompanied by an error code on the printer's control panel, note the code and refer to your user manual or the HP support website for specific troubleshooting steps.

Access the EWS

  • Make sure your printer is connected to the same network as your computer.
  • Find the printer’s IP address:
  • On the printer control panel → Network Settings → Wireless Details.
  • Open a web browser and type the IP address into the address bar.

Navigate to Reset Options

  • In the EWS menu, go to: Settings → General → Restore Defaults (or Printer Maintenance → Restore Factory Defaults, depending on model).
  • Confirm the reset.

Take care and have an amazing day!
