Product: hp office jet 3830

My black ink is faded and blurry.  I ran the clean cartridge function twice, but still faded....Says it has plenty of ink

 

????

I would recommend you follow the steps from the document HP OfficeJet 3830, DeskJet 3830, 5730 Printers - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Qualit....

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer/cartridge.
