False Paper Jam Error Message

HP Officejet J6480 All-in-One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

While running the HP Print and Scan Doctor to connect my printer wirelessly, the printer acted as if it was going to print something, then a paper jam message appeared. There is no paper jam. I have gone through every recommended step via HP virtual support, but the message still appears. I read that there is possibly a way to reset the printer to clear this message. Can anyone tell me how to do this? Thanks in advance for any assistance.
