False printer jam and error code

HP Recommended
HP Photosmart 5510
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Photomart 5510 which I love.  However, it stopped working. 😞  My printer is giving me two issues.

1. Paper jam error although there is no jam. Every time I try to copy or printer this error comes up and the printer stops feeding paper.

2. Error message "Printer Failure 0xc19a0013 There is a problem with the printer or ink system."

I have tried everything in these forums and other help sites.  It looks like the last thing to try is an Advanced Reset.  Can HP staff please advise me on how to do this?

Thanks

Hi @NoName71

If you have already performed the steps from the document A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays on the HP Photosmart 5510 e-All-in-One Printer Series and Error Indicates Faulty Printhead and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps!

I have already done all of the suggested steps for both issues. Nothing helped. I am in need of the way to do a total reset on my printer.

Thanks

I forgot to mention, I also already reached out to HP printer repair places. They said they do not repair this model.
