Product: LaserJet MFP M476dw
So I've got a LaserJet MFP M476dw that just constantly shows the "Jam in rear output bin" error message, but there is definitely no paper stuck in it.
Up until recently if I opened and closed the rear cover a few times the error would clear and allow you to print, but it would return when that job was done. However, now I can't even do that. I've tried so many things I've found on similar posts including resetting the printer, but nothing has worked. I can only assume that perhaps a sensor is blocked somewhere or needs cleaning, but I've no idea where it would be.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
