Hi, My original ink cartridge ran out (Colour 303) so I fitted the replacement 64/303 I had been sent as part of the instant ink programme, but it refuses to work. I have followed the directions to clean the contacts (several times) updated the firmware and power cycled the printer but the issue remains. If I refit the original cartridge the printer shows no errors. Do i have a faulty cartridge? or is there another step I could take. If the cartridge I have been sent is faulty how do I go about replacing it under warranty.. Thanks in advance.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.

I understand when you are getting 303 cartridge failure error on your printer.
Also, I understand your concern and situation you are into. So don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Have you tried checking with regular ink cartridges does the issue persist?
Do you get any ink cartridge error on your printer?
Replace low, empty or faulty ink cartridges on your printer.
Try cleaning the ink cartridge and printhead contacts.
